I got a great surprise visit this week from Plattsburgh City Police Officer Brad Miller. Brad has made great progress with the Community Center and the Youth Explorers program to introduce students to law enforcement and highlight the positive impacts they have on our community. I am proud to have secured funding for this unique program and was humbled to be presented with an official explorers' jacket. Thanks to Brad and all the youth explorers!
