I met with Robert Ross, the President and CEO of St. Joseph's Addiction Treatment & Recovery Centers, along with his colleagues to discuss their facility’s mission and how it serves the North Country. As we reach the end of National Recovery Month it’s important to recognize facilities that work hard to provide active and efficient care to our residents struggling with addiction. I will always be an advocate for our friends, neighbors and family members that are fighting this battle.
